For validated quality issues, we'll send a replacement or provide a refund if replacement isn't possible.This covers defective or damaged products, wrong quantities, or quality issues - but not color variations within normal printing tolerances. For lost packages, we'll also send replacements if you contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
